Arrive at IGI Airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to a chauffeur driven vehicle. Later you are driven to the hotel for check in. Delhi, the capital of India has a fascinating history and a stimulating present. Believed to be the legendary Indraprastha described in the epic “The Mahabharata" Delhi has been the seat of power for a number of dynasties - the Rajputs, The Muslim invaders from the North, the Afghan dynasties followed by Tughlaqs, Sayyads, the Lodis and the Mughals, who continued the imperial line, until British days. Overnight stay in Delhi.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Delhi airport. Board the flight to Srinagar. Upon arrival at Srinagar airport, you are picked up and transferred to the hotel/houseboat. Afternoon proceed to Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure) built by Asif Khan brother in law of Jehangir in 1632 AD. And Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) built by Jahangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan. All the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 and 15 kms respectively. Enroute visit carpet-weaving factory and old Srinagar city. You can also enjoy a Shikara ride on the Dal Lake. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
After breakfast drive to Gulmarg for an excursion. We will again pass through the saffron fields and later to Gulmarg via Tangmarg. The journey up hills serpentine where you can enjoy the beauty of Gorges and Pine trees. Gulmarg– The Switzerland of Asia. This picturesque tourist spot is agog with activities round the clock. While the lush green meadows in summer will be a treat to your eyes, so will the snowfall of winters have a soothing effect on your heart and mind. Those interested in catching the nature at a height can take a cable car ride (gondola). Drive back to Srinagar after the visit. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
After breakfast proceed for an excursion to Pahalgam - Located in the South of Kashmir, which will pass through the famous saffron fields and a peep at the history of Awantipura ruins (where according to Hindu mythology, Pandavas had spent their time after losing their kingdom). As you will approach the Pahalgam, music of water gushing from the Lidder stream will fill your ears. It is an occasion when one’s soul is filled with peace. You may not help yourself in falling in love with the nature. This place is also famous for Indian Film Industry. On arrival check-in to the hotel, rest of the day is at leisure. Drive back to Srinagar after the visit. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
After breakfast, check out and drive to Srinagar airport. Board the mid-morning flight to Delhi. Arrive at Delhi airport, you are picked up and directly driven to Agra. Arrive at Agra and check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at Agra.
After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed for a sightseeing tour of Agra. Visit Agra Fort, the gigantic Fort built by Emperor Akbar serves as vantage position to have the splendid sight of The Taj Mahal. Later visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World - Taj Mahal, the most beautiful, the most romantic, the most mysterious and the most photographed building in the world built by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1653 AD as a memorial to his beloved queen, Mumtaz Mahal. (Closed on all Fridays). This pure white marble mausoleum took 22 years and 22,000 craftsmen to build. After the tour drive to IGI airport to board the flight to your home country feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent with us. Our services end after dropping you at IGI airport.
